If a participant decides to withdraw from the program and informs the Vcil Community:
Before September 5, 2025, or before receiving the C-3-1 visa support documents (whichever comes first): A full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
Before October 5, 2025, or after receiving the C-3-1 visa support documents (whichever comes first): 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
After October 5, 2025, or after receiving a visa approval result: No refund will be issued.
In cases of emergencies or force majeure, participants may request to defer their paid participation fee (after deducting any incurred costs) to a future edition of the program.
If a participant is denied a visa by the Korean Embassy:
Before September 5, 2025: A full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
From September 5, 2025 onward: Vcil Community will refund the remaining amount after deducting any non-refundable expenses already paid to third parties in Korea (such as hotel reservations, train or bus tickets, etc.).
Since the visa processing time for South Korea may take up to 18 working days (excluding weekends), participants are strongly advised to complete the visa application procedures as early as possible to avoid potential risks.
